As we are a remote micro-business and travel around the world, we use multiple dropshipping suppliers, various handling companies and might sent our shipments from different locations. Therefore you might experience that your order will be delivered in several packages. We will do our absolute best to keep you informed about this in advance.
Even the best suppliers occasionally make mistakes. If something happens don't ever hesitate to contact us. We'll do anything in our power to make sure  you are happy.

Standard delivery time 3-4 days.
All orders within EU will include 25% VAT (Danish tax).
Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which LULU—LAND cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted the amount refunded.

You can always reach out for a status on your order at Please, include your order # as a reference. The tracking # for your shipment will be included in the invoice email once the order is shipped. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

LULU—LAND gladly accept returns 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all product tags. We will refund the full amount of the returned products – all other expenses are covered by the customer.

If you wish to return a product the process look like this:

  1. You write an email to with you return request. Please, include the order # as a reference.
  2. We will immediately request an RMA #(Return Merchandise Authorization) from your supplier, and send you the necessary details to return the item(s). Please write the RMA # next to the address on the package.
  3. As soon as our supplier has confirmed that they have received your package, we will refund the full price of the returned item(s) to the credit card used to originally make the purchase, deducted any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.
You are liable for a possible deterioration of the items value caused by you in the way of trying the item. You may try the item in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item is used in any other way than described in the above, we consider the item used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.
Please, note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping, so we recommend that you keep the postage receipt, with tracking #, as proof that the package was sent.
